Start with a black ruffle and take your clown character in the direction you like. Six layers of soft but structured Italian mesh create fullness around the neckline, with satin ties to adjust the finish. Wear it over a striped top for a Pierrot-inspired Halloween outfit, or pair it with an elegant dress for a theatrical photo shoot.
