These terms cover orders placed at olalooks.com. By placing an order, you're agreeing to them. They don't take away any right you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.
Olalook is a small team — Ola, Irene, and Vic — making handmade costume headpieces and accessories out of a workshop in Europe. Olalook is a registered small business; if you need our registration details for any reason, write to hello@olalooks.com and we'll share them.
"Buy now" takes you to Stripe's own secure checkout to pay — your payment isn't processed on olalooks.com, and we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars. An order is confirmed once payment goes through.
Orders placed on olalooks.com ship within the United States only. Pieces are handmade in Europe and shipped to you from our facility in the US, so orders arrive quickly by domestic post. If you're outside the US, please order through our Etsy shop instead, which ships internationally. See Shipping for more.
Custom pieces are made to the price, timeline, and details we agree with you in writing before payment. See our Custom Orders page for how that process works.
Because these are handmade-to-order pieces, we don't accept change-of-mind returns once an item has shipped. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are always made right. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
Every piece is handmade, so small variations in color, trim placement, or texture between your piece and the photos are normal and not a fault. Screen settings can also shift how colors appear.
The designs, photos, and text on this site belong to Olalook. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.
We provide our products and this site as described, in good faith. To the extent the law allows, Olalook isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your order or use of the site. Nothing here limits any liability that can't legally be limited, or any statutory right you hold as a consumer.
We may update these terms as the shop grows. The date at the top will always show when they last changed.
